Support debugging of MATLAB code in Jupyter Notebooks using MATLAB Kernel

Hi @dklilley, I have a problem about the debug function in vscode.
I am trying to use matlab in jupyter with the extension jupyter-matlab-proxy. The "Start Debugger Automatically" is set True. However, the debug mode fails to stop in the breakpoint for both jupyter and matlab files.
The software is as following:
Vscode V1.98.2
Matlab V2021b
Matlab Extension for VS Code V1.3.3
jupyter-matlab-proxy v0.16.4
System MacOS V15.5

@dklilley Sorry for the late reply. I am trying to debug Matlab code in .ipynb file using VS Code. The extension jupyter-matlab-proxy is installed to support Matlab code in Jupyter notebook.

Thanks for the clarification! Debugging IPYNB files is currently not supported via the jupyter-matlab-proxy. I am going to transfer this issue over to the jupyter-matlab-proxy repository.
