Connection issue from Quickroute? #34

Hi,
It seems the functionality to upload to DOMA directly from QR may be broken?
I'm guessing there could be plenty of causes. Is this a known issue? Is there a way to get the logs to troubleshoot this somehow?
Initially tried on DOMA 3.0.10 and then upgraded to 3.0.11 and made sure PHP on the server is 8.4 as well. Same issue..
