Cannot clone to Windows environment #31
Description
Clone fails with error message:
fatal: cannot create directory at 'aux': Invalid argument
This is probably because the directory 'aux' is reserved by Windows. The same error was observed in swcarpentry/DEPRECATED-bc#463. Would it be possible for the aux directory to be renamed?
