Just a heads up powersaving heltecv4 is broken again

They just found out that heltec v4 powersaving was broken again on 1.13 which seemed to be fixed by evo 0.1.7
So this is not an issue introduced by you but this is the only way to let you know i do know works

I lost track, to be honest.
The culprit was this PR: meshcore-dev#1562.

Seems like meshcore-dev#1687 is supposed to fix it (as of today, still unmerged)?

@wesselah In the meantime, you can use this variant. It is based on MeshCore main v1.14.1 and well tested by us and the community.
