Bump rusefi-core (fuel-consumption gauges); expose L/100km & L/hr gauges

- ext/rusefi -> 0523ac00 adds fuelConsumptionL100kmGauge and
  fuelConsumptionLitersPerHourGauge under the Fueling gauge category
- regenerate mini6ch INI so the L/100km and L/hr gauges show up in the
  TunerStudio right-click gauge picker (pure UI; output channels already
  streamed by firmware, signature unchanged)
