mcpp:plugins 0.9.1: dist-apk links a project's res/ as the base, android-platform 36-r2 (#407)

Adds 0.9.1 to the three platform tables of `pkgs/m/mcpp.plugins.lua` and
moves `latest` to it. Source: the v0.9.1 tag archive (95cbc367,
mcpp-plugins#21); CN mirror uploaded with gtc and fetched back, byte-equal
to the GitHub archive (263656 bytes); one sha256 names both.
