version mapping missing

KDS diagnosis has two mandatory version string.

The version in fhir and openEHR is currently not mapped.
IN openEHR its
SNOMED-CT

SNOMED-CT (2023-09)

ICPC2 (2.0)

ICD-10-GM (2024)

The version via spec is always in the brackets.

This needs to be backwards and forwards mapped to code version in FHIR.
