Renamer 1.5.4.1 no longer working on new Discord update

So, due to one of the Discord Updates, the renamer plugin no longer appears in the context list like it should.

The tag appears beside your name as normal, but you cannot change it.
Would appreciate a fix on this soon. Thanks in advance.

#35 Should fix this issue and a few other ones. I have yet to find any problems after applying the fixes. All that needs to be done is for the pull request to be accepted. During that time feel free to directly use the version in the pull request.
