Hey I am not super amazing with git, but my fork is focused on making sps30 work...

if you have a i2c sps30 connected it will report in the PM's and send it all to MQTT.

I have also updated the display to show some pm info

But...it is really janky, so not ready for a PR, but hope to have it soon, if anyone wants to take a look.
