Greyed out screen when opening Winhance

Solved. I found that I had a drive protection activated within Windows. I've turned that off and I can interact with Winhance.

I installed Winhance 26.01.26 via PowerShell today. I'm having some weirdness with it. After install I opened Winhance using Admin rights and interacted with it by checking off some rather common items to remove and it gave me a failed to remove notice each time even if I check off one item. I then decided to re-install Winhance and now when I open it I now have a greyed out screen where I can see everything but I can't interact with. I noticed my Windows Defender was flagging it so I deactivated it and rebooted. I re-installed Winhance again and same thing with greyed out screen. Windows 11 is not letting me use this program. I did install this on my M.2 C: drive so I don't think that is the problem. Do you have any suggestions? Is there a way to brute force this app through? I'm this close || to install
