Add Korean (한국어) Language Support

Feature Request: Add Korean (한국어) Language Support

Is your feature request related to a problem?
Winhance currently supports many languages including Hindi, Vietnamese, Malay, Japanese, and more — but Korean (한국어) is not available. Korean is spoken by over 80 million people worldwide, and I believe it would be a valuable addition to the language list.

Describe the solution you'd like
Please add a ko.json localization file for Korean language support, similar to the existing language files in src/Winhance.WPF/Localization/.

Since you mentioned that existing translations were generated using AI (Gemini 2.5 Pro), Korean should be straightforward to generate using the same method. Korean is a well-supported language for most AI translation tools and should produce high-quality results.

• Spoken by: ~80 million people globally (South Korea, North Korea, and diaspora communities)
• AI translation quality for Korean is generally excellent
