on-hover tooltip for software & apps

as the title says,
it would be nice to have a on-hover tooltip with a brief description of the software...
perhaps even the install command for winget

Hey there, thanks for this.

I've just implemented the "Open to" button again next to each item which, when clicked, will take you to the website for that item so you can get all of the information you need.

This was present in the old WPF version of Winhance but I guess I missed it when doing the refactor to WinUI3.

It will be available in Release 21 of Winhance.
