[SUGGESTION] Forced System Restore #519

- I have searched for similar suggestions and have not found a duplicate.
- This is an improvement to an existing feature (not a new feature request).
Describe your suggestion
When first launching Winhance, System Restore is forced on creating a restore point. Some users have System Restore disabled for various reasons and need it to stay turned off.
Instead, when Winhance first launches give the user an option to turn on System Restore and enable a restore point instead of automatically forcing it on. Great Project!
