Describe your issue

After importing my own saved configuration and applying it, the Visual Effects section doesn't correctly display the applied settings.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Import config
  2. Skip review and apply immediately
  3. Windows Apps: select Only
  4. External Apps: Select Only
  5. Uncheck Apply default wallpaper
  6. Uncheck Clean Taskbar
  7. Uncheck Clean Start Menu
  8. Select & apply custom config

Expected behavior

The Visual Effects section should show all items checked as that is what I've configured.

Actual behavior

The Visual Effects section incorrectly shows a mix of checked ands unchecked boxes.
