Disable contact discovery for limiting contact entities

First off, WOW what an amazing integration. Thank you for providing this.

I am using the integration to monitor a few repeaters and also to feed our local group's live Core Scope map via MQTT. I am seeing a TON of repeaters in my HA entities list. I am writing to ask if turning on 'disable contact discovery' would affect my ability to provide the same data to Core Scope via MQTT. Can I safely remove the contacts I do not want after that setting is turned on?

Disabling contact discovery only stops HA from auto-creating entities for every new contact it sees. The raw RX_LOG events still fire and the MQTT uploader still forwards them, so CoreScope data flow is unaffected.

Removing the contacts you don't want is safe, but with discovery on they'll come back the next time their advert is heard. Turn discovery off first, then remove, and they won't re-create.
