How to use the remove info parameter of eppUpdateContactRequest

Hello.
I want to remove the second postalInfo of a contact to have only one contact postal info.
But i don't know how to use the remove info parameter of eppUpdateContactRequest to success my epp update contact info request.
However i successed to update contact without problem since longtime.

Please explain me the way to proceed.
