有効にするとフォロイーからスタンプをもらったときだけ通知されるようになる

ボツ案:

フォロイー と その他 みたいなタブを設けてフォロイーからの通知以外の通知も見られるようにする
- 新規通知があったとき気づけるようにする #827 を対応するときどっちの通知のドットを表示するか困ることになりそう
- 取得するクエリがやや複雑になる
- 画面が複雑になる
