consider terms for

round spermatids
elongated spermatids
spermatid numbers

possibly other terms, need to review annotations

CL has terms for early and late spermatids - http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/CL_0000018 correspond to round and elongated

HPO has a term for round spermatid arrest http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/HP_0031040
