Connection Error when Creating Device

Description

When adding a device it throws an error.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Devices.
2. Click on add a new device and type in your info.
3. Click Create Device.
4. See Connection Lost

Expected Behaviour

Device is created with input.

Actual Behaviour

Device list is empt.

Environment

• NetWeave version: Latest
• Deployment: Docker Compose
• OS: Ubuntu 26.04
• Browser: Firefox 150.0.1
