BUG: Selecting DOI makes "Other" project type invalid

When I select "Other" and enter the type of project, then enter or select "I don't know" for the Award DOI, it errors out the "Other" project.

I have to select the award 1st, then do the project type.

Think any of you could take a look and prioritize this?
I was demo-ing the portal at a kick off call for a user today and hit this bug. would be great if it was resolved before they try to enter their study & metadata.
