fetch失敗時の詳細情報が知りたい #89

例えば404のとき、

fetch API response status: 404

というエラーメッセージだけがログに出るため、microCMSのどのURLで404が発生しているのか分かりません。

せめてURLだけでもエラーメッセージに含めていただけると助かるのですが……。
