Investigate/Implement a GitBot for Open Source Repo Management

As we plan for future growth and an increasing number of contributors across our open-source repositories, we will need a way to automate repository management tasks.

We should investigate creating our own GitBot to handle things like issue labeling, PR checks, contributor acknowledgments, etc.
