Open Api Supported Package generation (with hey-api)

The base idea

1. https://github.com/hey-api/openapi-ts - use & integrate this package to generate sdks if provided an url to open api.json file (the core code should be in scripts/src/agents/packagefox)
2. the changes should be done for scripts/src/handleWorkflow & scripts/src/process-issue in order to support pkg-openapi a new type
3. create an issue template on how to use this particular stuff in .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE

Continuation Issues

1. documentation generator for packages generated via this & plugging it to embeedding cycle ( @VISHWAJ33T can explain/create issue for this in future)
