Is it possible to add action buttons inside of a Container or a ColumnSet?

I can see from the documentation that it's possible to add an action to the entire ColumnSet: https://adaptivecards.io/explorer/ColumnSet.html

Is it possible to add an action button or menu inside of a ColumnSet like in the image below?
