Complete Agent Identities provisioning (AB owner and AI oauth consent) #159
Description
After running a365 setup blueprint and a365 publish I found a couple of missing steps.
- The AB does not have an owner, and this produces an error when trying to update the callback URL in Teams DevPortal.
- The AI requires to grant the OAuth consent for the required resources (botapi.skype.com and api.botframework.com)
