Describe the work
In the IIS Section, add a link for more information to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/clients/default-virtual-directory-settings?view=exchserver-2019 when something appears to be misconfigured.

PowerShell settings aren't default
anonymous is set when it isn't default
