[Issue]Skip Msinfo32 report creation if it takes longer in ExchangeLogCollector script

Expected behavior
At times the log collector script takes longer to execute or fails to gather all required logs due to Msinfo32 reports.
Most common reason being server not having internet access and has a large entries in WER queue or while collecting entries under software environment.

If applicable, add the exception that wasn't handled.

Additional context
Skip msinfo32 reports if takes longer to complete , include output of Get-ComputerInfo to provide basic information of the host.
