1. When running SQLCHECK.exe on a server with AlwaysOn enabled, the tool incorrectly reports the AlwaysOn environment status as "False".

2. It will be good to verify the SPN registration for the AlwaysOn Listeners.

under the SPN section report (above the sql instance) lists all the SPNs for the service account. This would include the listener SPNs.
