Allow custom output dir when packaging #555

I am currently working on an issue in a repository where we have a single build system. One of the issues we have is that we get a warning message on a project which uses pbiviz because it doesn't output into a specific folder. The solution that we have agreed on is to just make pbiviz output to this directory. However, there doesn't seem to be an option to change the output directory of pbiviz package, which makes this a lot more difficult for us.
We think that pbiviz package having a command-line option that lets us change the output directory would be the best solution for our problem.
