Description of the new feature / enhancement

Hi! I would like to see a very simple time tracker in PowerToys.

By "very simple" I mean really simple functionality such as Start/Pause/Stop time tracking and counting it by days/weeks/months etc.

There are planty of time tracker apps on internet, but they are so huge that I don't need 99% of their tools. And almost every app doesn't have a Pause button for some reason.

The only app I've been using is WorkingHours, but it has plenty of bugs.

Scenario when this would be used?

Tracking your working hours on project, studies, job etc. helps you understand how much real time you spend on work.

For example you started to code a project:

  1. you start a Time Tracker
  2. in case when you leave your pc to go on break or you take your phone to scroll a feed or something else not related to work you pause the time tracking
  3. you come back to work and resume tracking
  4. by the end of the day you see real time spent on coding (btw many may be surprised by how much time they actually spend on work)

Supporting information

It has to be Always on Top with time count and start/pause/stop buttons showed
