Description of the new feature / enhancement

PowerToys installed is now bordering on 1GB in size. I would like a customizable MSI installer that leverage features capability so that users can add only the modules required.

Scenario when this would be used?

Users like myself that only ever use 20% of the modules could save ~800MB
