Provide a description of requested docs changes

The way setting title and subtitles are layout is a bit confusing, for checkboxes, I would think using the title as a section header, and displaying the subtitle beside the checkbox as an explanation makes more sense.
OR alternatively, the subtitle should be displayed after the checkbox, and not before?
although the current layout does make sense for text and choice settings.
