Human Input 'NEVER' problem (stuck on never)

Hi, I'm very new and trying to play with autogen for a few days but have spent most of this time re-installing and following the install guide.
The problem I have is when creating an agent, the human input is stuck at NEVER. The dropdown menu does not have any other options like I see in the documentation and blogs/vlogs and so on.

I have been unable to find out the reason for this. I have tried ubuntu20 and ubuntu22 as servers and followed all of the install instructions to the letter but no change after install.

I've really come here to ask if actually this is stuck to NEVER on purpose? I just searched the threads and saw a comment here which suggests that a function call is required to allow intelligent human interaction: #1288 (comment)

Please could anyone shed any light on this so that I can proceed accordingly?
