Pipeline failing for v2 task - Index.js not found

Seem to be getting an error about an Index.js file not being found:

##[error]File not found: '/agent/_work/_tasks/EmailReportV2_**obfuscated-guid**/2.0.12/Index.js'

Have tested with yaml and classic pipeline, and am yielding the same result. There doesn't seem to be a configuration option relating to JS compilation or runtime, so feels like this is a bug..?

N.B. We are trying to run this on a Linux build agent.
