Added intermediate G2 CAs to 'ca-certificates-base'

Summary

Microsoft released new public MSPKI G2 CAs, so we need to add them to our ca-certificates-base package, so that authentication of any servers with certificates chaining to these CAs is successful.

Added CAs:

• Microsoft TLS RSA Root G2
• Microsoft TLS ECC Root G2
