Deploy DICOM CAST with OAuth Client Credentials

I have come across an ARM Template which is used to deploy DICOM CAST with Managed Identity. I want to deploy the same using OAuth Client Credentials. Can anyone provide an ARM template for the same if you have already implemented it.
