Add specific research/plan subagents or skills

The current research and plan agents are too generic and give free form output. But in real world scenarios, we would need specific skills depending on the topic being researched. Example - researching for RDBMS design is different than researching for Microservices architecture. There should be a mechanism to tailor the instructions and specify output schema for the specific research,

So there should be more skills/subagents to handle specific areas of research than just having one generic research skill. Generic research output leads to more number of iterations to get production quality design. This increases cost and developer time.
