Theme not respected by the Agent bar (bottom of terminal)

Steps to reproduce

It's not a massive issue but when you set a theme to anything but dark mode and the differences stand out fairly clearly.

Expected Behavior

The background colors of the top and bottom bars should match the selected theme?

Actual Behavior

Currently, the only display color is black.
