Feature request: sign-in prompt to mention what I am signing in to

In one of my VS Code installations (v1.97.0), I am "sometimes" (I cannot even tell if that is at regular intervals, or just once per session, or whatever else) asked to sign:

I have no idea what service/extension I am singing in to: I see nothing in the GUI at all. I was hinted at this extension in microsoft/vscode#240060 (comment). If this comes from the Live Share extension,

they should provide a title to this quick pick or some context as to why they're asking for this.
