A11y_Playwright.dev_Usability: Links present under "Cross-language" and "Powerful Tooling" are not underlined when we are navigating using the keyboard. #1262

Repro Steps:

  1. Hit the URL: https://playwright.dev/java/
  2. Now TAB to Links present under "Cross-language" and "Powerful Tooling".
  3. Now check that Links are underlined when we are navigating using the keyboard or not.

Actual results:

For Links present under "Cross-language" and "Powerful Tooling", Only color is used to differentiate between link and normal text.

Note: Similar issue is also observed in below links where the links are available.

Expected results:

For Links present under "Cross-language" and "Powerful Tooling", Only color should not used to differentiate between link and normal text Underline should be use.

User Impact:

People with visual impairments will face difficulty to differentiate the links with the normal text if the links are not associated with underline.
