A11y_Playwright.dev_Usability: Links present under "Cross-language" and "Powerful Tooling" are not underlined when we are navigating using the keyboard.

For Links present under "Cross-language" and "Powerful Tooling", Only color should not used to differentiate between link and normal text Underline should be use.
User Impact:
People with visual impairments will face difficulty to differentiate the links with the normal text if the links are not associated with underline.
