Describe the issue

In the Business value capture app, when entering text in the story text fields (problem, solution, obstacles, next steps), moving the cursor back to insert text among previously typed content results in a single character being entered, then the cursor jumps to the end of the text content.

Expected Behavior

Moving the cursor in the text field and entering text should allow the user to insert text anywhere in the field, not just append text to the end of the content.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Use the admin app to add business units
2. Run the Business value capture app
3. Click I'm ready to get started...
4. Click "Business value capture" card
5. Enter a story title
6. Enter some text in the long text field below
7. Click somewhere in the text that was typed to move the cursor
8. Insert some additional text by typing
