Description of the new feature

My browser has many plugins, and it will affect me when developing websites. It's tedious to open an incognito browser and copy the url into it. I hope the terminal has an option to click and open url in incognito/InPrivate mode.

Thanks for filing! We're going to mark this as a /duplicate of #13598. Mainly, that issue is tracking configuration for opening URLs, so this would be a part of that. Thanks!
