[Bug]: Create Project from Database menu asks which database #22223

Description

Description

When running the Create Project from Database command on a database node, the command should not ask to select a database subsequently. Since the command was launched from a database node in Object Explorer, it should be assumed that the selected database is the target of the command. This follows common UX patterns of attaching commands to the launch point for the command invocation.

  1. Run the Create Project from DB

  1. Prompted to choose a DB
