Hallucinated when summarising issue

Im using the 'summarise issue' feature compining pull requests with copilot. I clicked the 'summarise with copilot' button under the issue pane. Copilot did not seem to get any information from the issue and hallucinated different completely unrelated issues instead of summarising the issue provided.
