Edited files not showing up after background agent turn completes

• Use new controller API for chat sessions
• Run background agent to edit a file in a folder with git
• Edits complete
• However list of edited files do not show up in the chat window.

Related to this, maybe not the same issue you hit, I see this:

• Run Claude to do an edit
• see the edit in the current window (this is different than what you see)
• click to another chat
• click back to the chat before
• 🐛 edits are gone

I think it's because those edits are associated with the untitled URI when they should be associated with the new URI that's based on a real session id.
