Provide a way for users to debug/view into the temp workspace we setup

It can be useful for users to be able to say "setup the workspace like you would, for validation" so they can have a playground area to debug and also make sure the workspace is setup how they expect.

I think this is two parts:

• Print out some information, in the report, that indicates what files were copied, and to where. We should also print out things like "we discovered and loaded these skills", MCP servers that we might have loaded, etc..
• Allow the user to 'run' with a switch that's like "don't destroy workspace" at the end.
