The following endpoint doesn't seem to have any associated PowerShell cmdlet associated. Update deviceRegistrationPolicy - Microsoft Graph beta | Microsoft Learn
In addition to this, it seems to require the Policy.ReadWrite.DeviceConfiguration Application permissions which doesn't even exist.
The cmdlet and permission would be available.
Try and find the associated cmdlet.
