Fixed Map Boundaries

Hello,
Is it possible to somehow fix the boundary of the map that we want to use, based on topleft, topright, bottomleft and bottomright latitude, longitude points?

I did try extent property, but nothing happens using that.

This really helps in loading just one particular country's tiles and saves the load time.
