Add optional written feedback to documentation reactions

Right now, the thumbs up / thumbs down feedback on documentation pages is helpful, but it’s also pretty limited. It tells us how someone feels, but not why they feel that way. Without that context, it’s hard to know what’s working, what isn’t, and what actually needs improving.

It would be really helpful to add a lightweight follow-up, like a small pop-up or text input, where users can quickly share why they gave a thumbs up or down. Even a short explanation would give much better insight and make the feedback far more actionable for documentation teams.
