Support Slack Channels and Custom Text in Assistant Deflection Redirects

The Assistant Deflection feature currently only supports email addresses when redirecting unanswered questions to a support team. This limits our ability to route users to our real-time support channels.

Feature Request:

• Slack channel links (e.g., community or support channels)
• Custom redirect text (e.g., “Message us on Slack”)
